Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
Return Shipment: Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Exchanges:
Due to using Print on Demand services, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
