General
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
• Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue and photographs of the item.
• Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim.
Return Process:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Support@UnitSlaps.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
3. Return Shipment: Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Exchanges:
Due to using Print on Demand services, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Method:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Before Fulfillment:
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been fulfilled. Please email us at Support.UnitSlaps.com immediately to cancel your order.
After Fulfillment:
• Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return or refund request if eligible.
If you provide an incorrect address and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Print-on-demand (POD) is an order fulfillment method where our products are printed and shipped by our partner company. Print-on-demand services fulfill a product only once an order has been made. This mitigates overstock and general waste.
