Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue and photographs of the item.
Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim.
Return Process:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Support@UnitSlaps.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
Return Shipment: Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Exchanges:
Due to using Print on Demand services, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Before Fulfillment:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been fulfilled. Please email us at Support.UnitSlaps.com immediately to cancel your order.
After Fulfillment:
Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return or refund request if eligible.
If you provide an incorrect address and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Print-on-demand (POD) is an order fulfillment method where our products are printed and shipped by our partner company. Print-on-demand services fulfill a product only once an order has been made. This mitigates overstock and general waste.
